Excellent service. José was great at communicating with us, getting us a quote, and scheduling the move. On the day of, the team came (3 people) and worked efficiently, taking very good care of our things, packing them carefully, and then they mounted everything in the new place. Definitely would hire them again and recommend them to our friends.

Apartment And Condo Moves
Silver Spring has plenty of buildings with tight elevators, loading-dock windows, and certificate-of-insurance paperwork. We move Maryland apartments and condos all week, work within your building's reserved time slot, and keep hallways and elevator walls protected the whole way.

Senior And Assisted Living Moves

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Cost depends on how much you are moving, how many stairs or elevators are involved, and the distance between addresses. We give you a quote before booking so there is no guessing on move day. Call (240) 603-8099 with your room count and both addresses and we will walk you through it.
Yes. Tell us the size of the home, what floor you are on at both ends, and any large or awkward items like a piano, safe, or treadmill. We will put together a quote and a schedule. Customers regularly mention how easy the quoting and scheduling conversation is.
Crew size is matched to the job, and it is usually three or more people. One customer noted we brought five movers instead of the three quoted at no extra cost when the job needed it. We confirm the crew and arrival window before your move date.
We move families and businesses in Silver Spring, Bethesda, Rockville, Wheaton, Takoma Park, Gaithersburg, College Park, Hyattsville, and Washington DC. If your pickup or drop-off is just outside that list, call us anyway and we will let you know if it works.
Every piece gets blanket-wrapped and shrink-wrapped before it goes on the truck. Reviewers mention repeatedly that their belongings, including fragile items, arrived without damage. We also protect floors and doorways at both addresses so nothing gets scuffed on the way through.
Yes. We pack whole homes or just the rooms you would rather not deal with, like kitchens and china cabinets. Packing can happen the day before or the same morning as the load. We can also unpack and set things up at the new place and haul away the empty boxes.
The end of the month and weekends fill up first, so reach out as early as you can. Shorter-notice moves are often possible depending on the day. Call (240) 603-8099 and we will tell you honestly what dates are open.
Yes. Beds, dining tables, sectionals, and shelving get taken apart before the carry and put back together in the new place. Customers have mentioned the crew mounting and setting everything up in the new home rather than leaving it stacked in the middle of a room.
We are open all seven days. Hours run roughly 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM depending on the day, with Wednesday closing earlier at 5:00 PM. Weekend moves are normal for us. Call to lock in a start time that fits your building's elevator reservation.
Yes, and it is work we do often. We pack the old home, move and unpack at the assisted living apartment, set up the furniture, and come back to clear out whatever is left behind when the house goes on the market. The pace is set by the family, not the clock.
Ask when you book and we will confirm what we can take for your job. Payment is settled once the move is complete and you have looked everything over. If you need a written quote for a building or a family member, we can get that to you ahead of the move date.
Yes. Labor-only loading and unloading is one of our regular services. We load rental trucks and portable containers so the weight is balanced and nothing shifts in transit, or we unload and carry everything to the right rooms when your container arrives.

Serving College Park
College Park runs on the university calendar, which makes it unlike the rest of our Prince George's and Montgomery County work. The Route 1 corridor is lined with newer mid-rise apartment buildings that have strict move-in windows, garage-level loading, and heavy turnover in a few concentrated weeks each year. Behind that, Old Town and the streets toward Berwyn Heights are older detached houses, many rented, with porch steps and on-street parking only. Route 1 traffic and campus events can shut down a staging plan, so start times matter. Because so many moves here are lease-to-lease, the truck often has to load and unload the same day rather than spread across two.

Why College Park customers need this work
College Park demand is concentrated and deadline-driven. Lease dates do not move, so a crew that shows up on time is the whole job. Apartment moves along Route 1 need the elevator reservation and garage clearance confirmed in advance, and we handle that before the date. For students and short-term renters who already rented a truck or a portable container, our loading and unloading help is often the only service needed, and we load tight enough that a highway drive does not shake anything loose. Family homes off Rhode Island Avenue get the full treatment: wrap, disassemble, move, and reassemble.
